Play Women’s Rugby 10s in 2024 with a Subbies Rugby Club.

NSW Suburban Rugby Union now offers a dedicated Women’s 10-a-side Rugby competition, known as the Joy Johnson Cup. “Subbies” rugby is all about good quality rugby in a fun and social environment, which is perfect for new and experienced players alike.

Rugby is the game for all; a great way to stay connected with your mates, or make new ones, whilst getting fit in a supportive team setting.

Registration is now open at all clubs, with training underway and comps starting mid-April.
